Dear Members and Subscribers of the Journal of Cosmetic Medicine,

I am delighted to publish Volume 4, Issue 2 of The Journal of Cosmetic Medicine.
First of all, I would like to extend my appreciation to the Chief Editors, the members of the Editorial Board, editorial secretariat/office, and staffs of Inforang Medrang as they are the backbone of this endeavour. Given these extraordinary circumstances due to the pandemic, we could not conceive of publishing this issue without the support and professionalism of our members interested in cosmetic medicine and wishing to make this journal a success.

This year, we have been working on the second evaluation of the KCI accredited Journal in 2021, of which the Journal of Cosmetic Medicine has been selected as a candidate in 2019. Furthermore, we are taking the first step to growing to an internationally recognized journal for our ultimate goal, SCIE indexed journal.

The official website of the Journal of Cosmetic Medicine is planned to be renewed in February. In the renewed website, uploading videos will be available so that video journal can be actively utilized.

Lastly, I should express my gratitude to all our authors, who have toiled in their production and have chosen the Journal of Cosmetic Medicine as the journal they would publish in. Unfortunately, due to pressures on publication capacity, only ten submitted manuscripts were sequentially accepted for publication, so inevitably we had to disappoint many of those submitting by rejection and I would like to ask for understandings.
